Your newsletter archive, with a page for every issue

When you send an issue with Hyvor Post, it's also published on your newsletter's own site. Readers can browse what you've sent before, and you get a link to share for each issue.

Every issue you send is published for you

Your archive site lists the issues you've sent, newest first, with the date each one went out. There's nothing to export or upload. Send an issue to your subscribers, and it's on the archive. Drafts and test emails stay private.

A link to share for each issue

Open a sent issue in the Console and you'll find its web version link. Post it on social media, add it to your website, or send it to someone who hasn't subscribed yet. The page uses the issue's subject as its title, so the link reads well wherever you paste it.

It looks like your emails

The archive uses the colors, fonts and box styles from your email design settings. Set up your brand once, and your emails and your archive match without any extra work.

A free subdomain from day one

You pick a subdomain when you create your newsletter, like northwind.hyvorpost.email, and your archive lives there. You don't need a website or hosting of your own. The pages your readers use to confirm a subscription or unsubscribe are on the same address, so everything stays under your newsletter's name.

It's a public website with the past issues of your newsletter. New readers can see what you write before they subscribe, and subscribers can find an issue they missed or want to read again. In Hyvor Post, every newsletter comes with one.

Only the issues you've sent to your subscribers. Drafts and test emails don't appear.

Each issue is a public page with its own address and the subject as its title, so search engines can reach it like any other page on the web. Sharing your issue links and linking to the archive from your own site helps people find it too.

No. Your archive is hosted for you on a free subdomain of hyvorpost.email. If you do have a website, you can link to the archive from it and add the signup form next to it.

Yes, you can change the subdomain in your newsletter settings. The archive moves to the new address, along with the confirm and unsubscribe pages. Links you've already shared point to the old address, so it's best to pick a name you're happy to keep.

The archive site is part of the open-source Hyvor Post code, so you can read how it works. Self-hosting Hyvor Post isn't supported yet, though. A few pieces are still in progress, and you can follow the work on GitHub. Until then, the cloud version at post.hyvor.com comes with your archive ready to go.
