A privacy-first newsletter platform that leaves your readers alone

Hyvor Post delivers your newsletter and stops there. There's no open tracking, no click tracking, and no profile built from what your subscribers do in their inbox.

No open or click tracking, and no hidden switch

Most newsletter tools add an invisible image to each email to see who opened it, and rewrite your links to see who clicked. Over time, that can reveal a lot about a person, like their interests, habits and even where they are. Hyvor Post doesn't do any of this, and there's no setting to turn it on. If a newsletter runs on Hyvor Post, its readers aren't being watched.

A list of people who asked to be on it

The signup form you embed on your site uses double opt-in by default. New subscribers confirm by email before they're added, so nobody ends up on your list by mistake. If you run more than one list, readers choose the ones they want, and you can leave a list unchecked until they pick it.

Keep only what you need

A privacy-first newsletter platform should only keep what it needs to deliver your emails. In Hyvor Post, a subscriber is an email address and the lists they joined. You can add a name or your own fields when they help you, but there's no reading history next to it, because none is collected. We don't sell subscriber data or use it for ads. You can export your list whenever you like, and deleting your account deletes the data with it.

Delivered by our own email service, from the EU

A privacy-first newsletter platform can't stop at the app if the sending happens somewhere else. Plenty of newsletter tools pass your list to a separate email provider for sending. We built Hyvor Relay, our own open-source email delivery service, so your emails don't go through another company's marketing platform on the way out. Hyvor Post data is stored on servers in the European Union, and HYVOR is a company based in France.

It's built so there's nothing to track in the first place. There's no open or click tracking, signups use double opt-in, subscribers are stored with only the details you choose, and emails go out through our own delivery service from the EU. These aren't settings you have to find, they're how every newsletter on Hyvor Post works.

Look at the things readers choose to tell you. Replies, new signups, unsubscribes and visits to your own site all show how an issue landed. If you're used to open rates, it takes a small shift in mindset, but you'll still know what's working.

No. Open and click tracking doesn't exist in Hyvor Post, so there's nothing to turn on for any newsletter. Your readers get the same promise no matter who sends to them.

Yes. Data is stored in the EU, double opt-in is on by default, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to any customer who needs one. See the details on our compliance page.

We never sell your data or your subscribers' data, and we don't use it for ads. Emails go out through Hyvor Relay, our own delivery service. Any sub-processors we rely on are listed on the HYVOR sub-processors page.

Yes. You can import subscribers from a CSV file, or ask our team to help with a full migration. Just make sure the people you import agreed to hear from you.
