Newsletter templates that look like your company

Start with a clean, responsive layout. Add your logo, colors and fonts in a few clicks, or write your own template in HTML when you want full control.

A responsive layout from your first issue

Every newsletter starts with a default template that’s ready to send. Your issue sits in one clean content box that fits a wide screen and shrinks on a phone.

  • Fits desktop and mobile screens
  • Styles inlined for email clients
  • Images, buttons, quotes, code and callouts
  • Preview the email before you send

Your brand, no code needed

Open the template settings in the Console and change what your readers see. Then preview the email to see how your next issue will look.

  • Logo and brand name in the header
  • Accent, background and box colors
  • Font family, size, weight and line height
  • Box border, radius and shadow

Write your own HTML email template

When the settings aren’t enough, write a custom template with Twig. You get the issue content and your newsletter details as variables, and you decide the rest of the markup.

  • Twig, with variables escaped by default
  • Your colors, logo and address as variables
  • Sections that only show for certain lists
  • Edit right in the Console

A footer that fits business emails

Company newsletters need a few details at the bottom of every email. Set them once and they show up in each issue.

  • Your company address
  • Your own unsubscribe text
  • Hyvor Post branding you can turn off
  • No open or click tracking
