A publishing CMS for agencies and client sites
Hyvor Blogs is a publishing CMS for agencies. Run a blog for every client from one account, put each one on the client's domain, and let clients review drafts before they go live.
Two ways to set up your clients
There are two ways to use Hyvor Blogs as a publishing CMS for agencies. In HYVOR, billing and members belong to an organization, so you can keep all client blogs in your agency's organization or give each client their own.
One organization for your agency
Create a blog for each client in your agency's organization and pay for all of them with one subscription. From the Starter plan onward there's no limit on blogs, so adding a new client doesn't change your bill. You add people to each blog separately, with their own role.
Good when you run the content long term and want billing in one place.
One organization per client
Create a separate organization for each client and set up their blog for them. The client pays for their own subscription. Invite them as an Admin, and when your work is done you can leave the organization. The client keeps the blog and everything in it.
Good when clients pay for their own tools or you hand projects over.
A separate workspace for every client
Each client gets their own blog, with its own posts, media, theme, languages and settings. Nothing is shared between them, and you switch from one to the next in the Console.Every plan also includes Hyvor Talk for comments and Hyvor Post for newsletters, so you can add both to a client's blog without a separate subscription.
Publish on each client's own domain
Point a client's domain or subdomain to their blog, like blog.example.com or example.com. Custom domains are included on every plan, and Hyvor Blogs sets up the TLS certificate for you.If the client wants the blog inside their main site, you can serve it from a path like example.com/blog using Cloudflare Workers, Docker or the framework the site is built with.
Let clients review before you publish
Add your team and your client's team to each blog and pick a role for every person: Admin, Editor, Writer or Contributor. Contributors can only work on their own posts, while Writers and Editors can also edit posts by others. When a draft is ready, your client can open it and turn on suggestion mode. Their changes show up as suggestions you can accept, and you can work in the same post at the same time. The post stays hidden from readers until it's published.
Give each blog the client's look
Start from one of the free, open-source official themes, or build a custom theme for each client with Twig and SCSS. You can edit theme files right in the Console, or work locally with the Hyvor Blogs CLI, which syncs your changes to a dev blog as you save. From the Starter plan onward, you can remove the Hyvor Blogs branding, so readers only see your client's brand.
Pricing that doesn't grow with your client list
Plans are priced by team members, not by blogs or traffic. Starter, Growth and Premium cover 5, 15 and 50 team members across all your blogs, and there are no pageview or bandwidth limits. You can sign up and start right away.If you need custom limits, talk to us about the Enterprise plan. It also comes with OIDC SSO, a custom SLA and priority support.
