Two ways to set up your clients

In HYVOR, billing and members belong to an organization. You can keep all client sites in your agency's organization, or give each client their own.

Option 1

One organization for your agency

Add every client site as a website in your agency's organization. You handle billing with one subscription, or with an Enterprise contract if you have a large client list. Each website keeps its own comments, settings and moderators, so a client you invite to moderate only sees their own site.

Good when you look after the sites long term and want to keep billing in one place.

Option 2

One organization per client

Create a separate organization for each client and set everything up for them. The client pays for their own subscription. Invite them as an Admin, and when your work is done you can leave the organization whenever you want. The client keeps the organization, with full ownership.

Good when clients pay for their own tools or you hand projects over.

Manage every client site from one place

Each client site is its own website in the Hyvor Talk Console, with its own comments, moderators and settings. You switch between them without logging in and out.Moderation works the same way on every site. You get spam detection, automated rules, and Slack notifications so your team can reply and moderate without opening the Console.

Give clients and your team the right access

Invite people as moderators on the websites they work on, and pick a role for each. Owners can do everything. Admins can change settings but can't delete the website. Mods can only moderate comments, pages and users.Moderators are added per website, so a client only sees their own site, even when all your clients share your agency's organization.

Match each client's brand

Set light and dark color palettes for each website, or go further with CSS variables. You can change the texts and language of the embed and set an alias so your client's team replies under the company name.On Business and Enterprise plans, you can remove the Hyvor Talk branding and send notification emails from your client's own domain.

Works on whatever your clients use

Hyvor Talk installs with a short embed code, so it works on any site. There are guides for WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Ghost, Framer, HubSpot and frameworks like React, Vue and Svelte. For custom builds, single sign-on lets commenters use the accounts they already have on the client's site. You can also automate setup and moderation with the Console API and webhooks.

Choose the plan that fits your agency

You can use a regular plan and pick the monthly credits you need. Premium covers up to 10 websites and Business up to 50, and you can sign up and start right away.If you'd rather have custom limits for all your client sites, talk to us about the Enterprise plan. It also comes with OIDC SSO, a custom SLA and dedicated support. Pick whichever suits the way you work.
